I graduated as an OKJ midwife in Budapest in 1999. My heart was drawn to Székesfehérvár, so I was placed in the obstetrics department of the local hospital, where I worked until 2022.10.31.
In 2015, I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University with exceptional academic performance as a graduate midwife.
Even during my early apprenticeship, I recognised that in addition to conventional obstetric care, I also harboured a strong inclination towards alternative obstetric practices. This inclination intensified after the birth of my first daughter. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to undertake self-directed training, enabling me to become familiar with homeopathy and aromatherapy, among other modalities. These methods are now integral to my practice during birthing sessions.
I place significant emphasis on professional development and actively participate in ongoing training initiatives. I have consistently attended numerous conferences and specialised training programs tailored for midwives. Notably, I recently completed an adult training course that imparted theoretical and practical knowledge of the water birthing method.
I am recognised as one of the pioneers of alternative obstetrics in Székesfehérvár.
Over the past 23 years, I have provided support to numerous mothers and fathers during the birthing process, both on a shift basis and as a guest midwife.
During birthing sessions, I prioritise meeting the needs of the labouring woman. I firmly believe in the efficacy of freely chosen body positions, particularly during the labour phase and the pushing stage, and I acknowledge the power of nature in facilitating childbirth.
My ultimate objective is to ensure that every couple who engages with my services experiences the arrival of their child as a positive and memorable milestone.
