  • I graduated from Semmelweis University in 2019 with a degree in dietetics, and after graduating, I immediately jumped into the profession and gained experience in the diabetology and gastroenterology department of a hospital in Budapest.
  • As a dietitian, I help patients make healthy lifestyle changes, maintain their health, achieve their desired weight, and treat diagnosed illnesses. In my work, I create a nutritional plan for my patients, taking into account their medical history, current health status, and daily routine.
  • I also consider it extremely important to provide practical advice and the necessary information, which, when implemented into your daily routine, will no longer be so unusual. For this reason, I have also started a Facebook page, the purpose of which is to provide professional information, spread knowledge and present everyday examples, which serves as a compass in the world of nutrition.
  • I believe that even small changes will have results, because even a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
